KRONEN has been training young people in technical and commercial professions for decades. In doing so, the company is making an important contribution toward securing skilled workers in the local region. At the start of the training period in September 2025, four young and upcoming talents kicked off their careers at KRONEN. 

”Well-trained and motivated employees are the foundation of our success,” emphasizes Stephan Zillgith, Managing Director of KRONEN. “This is why we have been consistently committed to providing in-house vocational training for many years. Our team of dedicated trainers works to support and promote young and upcoming talents in a practical setting and provides them with prospects in an internationally operating family company.”

KRONEN combines training with genuine prospects: Apprentices gain comprehensive practical experience in different departments, benefit from multidisciplinary projects and internal training events and often go on to join the company after successfully completing their training.

From September 2026, KRONEN will again be offering training positions at its locations in Kehl-Goldscheuer and Achern:

• Industrial Electronics Technician

• Computer Science Specialist for System Integration

• Warehouse Logistics Specialist

• Industrial Management Assistant

• Industrial Mechanic

• Construction Mechanic

• Metal Cutting Mechanic at our Achern location
